Cutter Aviation Promotes Kyle Turner to Client Relationship Manager

Cutter Aviation is pleased to announce the promotion of Kyle Turner to the position of Client Relationship Manager supporting Pilatus Aircraft clients. In this new role, Mr. Turner will be the dedicated point of contact for client ownership experience, expediting post-sale maintenance to include managing and coordinating action plans with approved service centers.

Mr. Turner came to Cutter Aviation in 2017 as a Technical Service Representative for our Part 145 Repair Station in Phoenix, AZ. In this role Mr. Turner became the client support arm for the maintenance department and helped oversee day-to-day operations. He wasted no time in solidifying numerous client relationships and focused on improving efficiencies in our maintenance department. The relationships Mr. Turner cultivated, as well as his implementation of new standard operating procedures, contributed to a year of record profits and fueled overall growth within the department.

Prior to his time at Cutter Aviation, Mr. Turner worked as the Maintenance Coordinator for a Part 145 Repair Station and Pilatus Service Center in Southern California. As the maintenance coordinator for the facility, he was in charge of relationship management and retention of VIP clientele along with the responsibility of business development and sales. This position also fostered Mr. Turner’s ample appreciation for the Pilatus PC-12’s elegance, ruggedness and adaptability, making him an excellent candidate for his new role at Cutter.

While attending California State University, Chico, Mr. Turner earned a B.A. in Communication Studies with an emphasis in Organizational Communications and a Minor in Recreation Management. He is also an FAA Licensed Private Pilot on the path to obtaining his Instrument Rating. Cutter Aviation is thrilled to have Mr. Turner take on this new role where he will provide great value to all of our Pilatus clients.
