Elliott Aviation, a leading aviation services company, announced today that their charter department has been renewed as an ARGUS Platinum rated operator. The department was first awarded the Platinum rating in 2015. The Platinum rating puts them in the top seven percent of total US 135 on-demand charter operators.
ARGUS Platinum is the highest level of safety ratings and is awarded only to charter operators who have successfully implemented industry best safety practices relative to their maintenance and operation. Platinum status requires full-motion simulation training for pilots, a clear and workable Emergency Response Plan, enhanced operational practices, safety stature, processes and communications and maintenance and a well-developed Safety Management System.
Elliott Aviation has a perfect safety record of over 80 years. Their fleet contains five aircraft including a Citation Sovereign, Nextant 400XT, Hawker 400XP, King Air F90 and a recently announced Citation Excel. Aircraft are based in Minneapolis, MN and Des Moines, IA.
“We work very hard to maintain the highest-level of safety and customer service,” said Brian Hahn, Vice President of Flight Services for Elliott Aviation. “We’re proud to be renewed as an ARGUS Platinum rated operator. This keeps us amongst the elite class of charter operations worldwide.”
