TAC - The Arnold Companies announced the appointment of two key positions across company divisions in Texarkana, TX. James Henry Russell, previous Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of BWI Companies, Inc., has been appointed TAC, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Along with Russell’s appointment, Tina Green, previous owner of Capshaw Green, PLLC, joins TAC as Vice President and Associate General Counsel.
