STEVENS ESTABLISHES A NEW AOG HUB IN BIRMINGHAM AL

Stevens Aerospace and Defense Systems announces the opening of a new AOG (Aircraft On Ground) hub in Birmingham, AL. This expands the company’s network of dedicated mobile technicians offering around-the-clock maintenance, avionics and structural support.

Stevens Rapid Response teams provide extensive support to fifteen airframes, including Gulfstream, Challenger, Falcon, Global, Citation, Phenom, Learjet, Hawker, Piaggio and King Air. The company offers 24/7 dispatch with a “live” operator and quick response times for scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance, as well as remote inspections and avionics checks.

“What sets Stevens apart is the consistently high quality of our technicians,” according to Stevens AOG and Mobile Services manager Dendall Wood. “We’ve taken the time to bring on two top-notch techs for our Birmingham hub, and we feel confident in the level of service we’ll provide to pilots and fleet managers throughout the Southeast.”

Stevens operates a fleet of fully equipped service trucks for each AOG hub. The company also extends its mobile response services to international destinations.
